The Beginning (2022)
Coordinated foundation of qualityIn June 2022, ANCURVE's first registered trade mark was filed — protecting the word itself across wires and cables, the electrical backbone of any building. One month later, in a single coordinated move, three more trade marks were filed across Classes 7, 9, and 11 — covering machines, motors, accessories, lighting, and appliances. This wasn't an accident. It was clear intent.
The Protection
Secured IP asset credentialsBy April 2023, all four trade marks were officially registered by the Government of India's Trade Marks Registry, Mumbai. In 2024, the signature ANCURVE lightning-bolt logo was independently registered as a copyright artistic work. Today, ANCURVE stands as one of the most comprehensively IP-protected independent electrical brands in the country.
